Teaching by Blogging Craziness

It has now been well over a year since my latest post. My apologies. Life get's crazy and it can't always be blogged about. On a side note I have added to the craziness of my life by starting the Utah State University's Educational Technology and Learning Sciences Masters program! (Go Aggies!) With that, one of my first assignments is to research educational blogs! Who knew blogs could be educational? Crazy! I know!

I came across on blog which I really liked, 2¢ Worth created by David Warlick. I have enjoyed, and will continue to enjoy, the way he talks of learning and how to adapt it to current practices. The first post I came across was Learner as Hacker. It was love at first site (web that is!)

Another blog I came across created by Dr. Henry Thiele is To Learn Twice. This has a different look and feel to it but, crazy enough, has similar message. Dr. Thiele talks more to his staff (and readers) about different things involved with the learning process, to include using Google Docs!

A third blog I came across was Learning is Messy - Blog by Brian Crosby. I was first attracted to this crazy name, but after reading through it I really like what he has to say. He shares a lot of what he has and is doing in the classroom. I guess you can learn a lot from teachers!

So what it comes down to with this crazy blogging thing, is you can blog about anything, as long as someone is willing to read it. As it is with these blogs I talked about, as long as someone is willing to learn about learning!
